Population
(Costello, n.d) (Costello, n.d) (Costello,n.d)
The first graph on the left shows the population growth in Thailand from 1960 to 2006. The population grew about 3 to 4 million people every five years. The middle graph presents the difference in population of male and female in 2010 by age. The map to the right presents the projected population of Thailand from 2005 to 2100. The birthrate is decreasing so the population is projected to start decreasing in 2030 by 1 million per year. Thailand is home to various populations characterized by diversity and indigenous and tribal people who have a wide range of cultural beliefs. (Costello, n.d)

These graphs here are of the annual rainfall and temperature in Thailand. As you can see the temperature is consistent through out the year while there is heavier rainfall in September and October then the rest of the year.
Here is another web page that offers a more in depth look at Thailand's maximum and minimum temperatures along with the amount of rainfall during the last 30 years. http://asiancorrespondent.com/67987/the-thai-floods-rain-and-water-going-into-the-dams-%E2%80%93-part-2/

Settlement
("A Handbook", 1944) (Echiner, 2008) ("Thailand Vegetation",n.d.)
The map on the left displays the areas in which natural minerals are found through out Thailand. Thailand has many known mineral deposits such as coal, gold, lead, tin, manganese, zinc, and precious stones.(1944) Another important natural resource is the rich alluvial soil along many of it's rivers. In addition to these natural resources Thailand is the world's leading rice exporter. The middle image is of a rice field in Thailand. The image furthest to the right is a map of vegetation in Thailand. (Echiner, 2008)
